The balance board golf swing aid is a simple but effective training aid. Most amateurs don't realize the golf swing starts from the ground up. Many swing flaws can easily be corrected by just maintaining good balance through out the swing.

One of the most common swing flaws among amateurs is coming over the top. With proper balance coming over the top is virtually impossible.

Once you learn to maintain balance, you will find yourself hitting longer straighter shots without changing your swing. I have never understood why teaching pros always want to change the swing when the solution to the problem is really quite simple.
