GOLF FITNESS

Golf fitness is one of the fastest growing fields in golf. Players of all levels realize the importance fitness brings to the game. Tour players understand they need every little edge in order to compete and stay healthy. Many of the small nagging injuries can be prevented or have shorter healing time through proper golf training and exercise.

The competition in golf is getting stronger and stronger all the time. The young talent is getting bigger, stronger, and hitting the ball further. It is necessary to be fit just to keep pace with the young players.

There are an abundant number of different exercises and streches available for golfers to stay fit. Many golfers lose distance as they age; much of this is attributed to lack of flexibility. Exercising and streching can delay this from happening for quite some time, allowing a youthful swing long into your senior years of golf.

It dosn't matter if you are just a recreational golfer or have asperations to play at a higher level, staying fit and limber will allow for more enjoyment and better results from your game.
